This prohibition applies even if you intend to give away the derivative materials free of charge.

Availability
The availability of the Provisions is expected to change from time to time, and from country to country. The quality of the display of the provisions is authorized to vary from computer to computer, and is authorized to be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. Coral Storm Ltd makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your instant watching experience on your display.

Geographic Limitation

4. Client Support Digital Platform

To employ the Services, any device that you want to employ it on shall meet the minimum requirements of the Service portal i.e.: connection to the internet, web browser, Java Script, shockwave, flash. In order to take advantage of the Client support Services, you is authorized to be required to purchase additional or different equipment or services from third parties. Coral Storm Ltd has no obligation to provide any other assistance, client support maintenance, or other services or to perform any assistance by any other method, such as at your location. If Coral Storm Ltd, in its sole discretion, agrees to provide any additional services, such additional digital platform shall be governed by these Conditions of use and Conditions.

5. Monetary Obligations and Payment

The applicable monetary obligations is expected to be communicated to you through the Services and the Sites. This is a monthly usage plan to the Digital platform

Your monthly usage plan starts the moment you subscribe to the digital platform after a 3-day trial of £1.00. If you do not unsubscribe, the Digital platform is expected to automatically renew on a monthly (30 days) basis and you as the account holder give permission for a monthly charge / fee of £39.99 via your credit card to occur.

The applicable monetary obligations for the recurring monthly usage plan are displayed in your member area and welcome email.

In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, Coral Storm Ltd reserves the right to apply a discounted membership rate, allowing you continued engage with to the Digital platform If this discounted rate cannot be processed successfully, a £3.00 administrative fee is authorized to be applied to maintain your usage plan until the full or discounted usage plan fee is successfully processed.

Coral Storm Ltd, within the limits allowed by applicable legislation is not entrusted with for any inconveniences or damages caused by usage of the particular Payment Method, especially delays or impossibility to make payment. In such case you should complain about those services to their provider, in the manner provided by their conditions of use and conditions. Internet Engage with Charges

6. Cancellation

Term
Account holder has the right to withdraw the usage plan at any time starting from the time the registration was made. If the account holder chooses to withdraw the usage plan after the regular billing have started, the usage plan is expected to be cancelled immediately and the user registration is expected to run out at the end of the period that have been paid for.

For example and without limitation, Coral Storm Ltd is authorized to terminate or suspend your engage with to the Digital platform for lack of employ for failure to pay user registration monetary obligations within the period of time designated by Coral Storm Ltd; for registering more than one free user registration for using multiple free accounts; for maintenance of the Service portal or performance of Client support Services; for failure to follow the rules posted on the Service portal or in these Conditions of use for actions outside these Conditions of use or for any other reason determined by Coral Storm Ltd. Unless you have violated the conditions of use and conditions of the Contractual arrangement if you are a Paid Account holder a material modification that negatively impacts the Digital platform or a suspension, discontinuance, or other termination of the Digital platform or the Contractual arrangement is expected to occur at the end of the current term of the Digital platform Notwithstanding the foregoing, Coral Storm Ltd is authorized to make a material modification that negatively impacts the Digital platform or suspend, discontinue, or otherwise terminate the Digital platform or the Contractual arrangement at any time by refunding you the prorated portion of the monetary obligations you have paid for the current term of the Digital platform through the end of that term. Continuation of the Digital platform by a Paid Account holder after any such material modification or suspension constitutes the Paid User's contractual arrangement to waive any claim for any refund of monetary obligations

Other Remedies
In addition or as an alternative to termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Service portal and/or the Digital platform Coral Storm Ltd is authorized to take whatever action it deems necessary or convenient, in its sole discretion, in the event of your breach of Contractual arrangement Such actions is authorized to include, without limitation, suspending your engage with to the Service portal and/or the Digital platform blocking your IP address, or any other technical or legal means at Coral Storm Ltd disposal.

Effect of Termination
Upon expiration, termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Service portal and/or the Digital platform your right to employ the Service portal and/or Digital platform is expected to cease in the time stated above, and you is expected to have no right to engage with your user registration or any files or other provisions contained in your user registration although residual copies is authorized to be retained in Coral Storm Ltd system. Coral Storm Ltd is authorized to retain any such files or other provisions at its discretion. 7. Refunds

Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, Coral Storm Ltd is expected to be excused from any further performance of its obligations effected by the Force Majeure Event for so long as the event continues, and for such further period of time that Coral Storm Ltd is authorized to reasonably require to recover from the effects of such Force Majeure Event.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that your employ of the service portal and/or the digital platform is at your sole risk. Coral Storm Ltd and its suppliers provide the digital platform "as is" and without any warranty or condition of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title and non-infringement.
